We are welcoming Eric Ball as Country Market Director for America

Eric Ball joins Henning Larsen with over 15 years of expertise and leadership in the industry, most recently as a Senior Director at Adjaye Associates in New York delivering their built portfolio and firm-wide management of projects, business pursuits and staff initiatives through the lens of strategic local growth and global collaboration with their other studios in London and Accra. Prior to that, Eric led various projects across different typologies and scales as an Associate at Foster + Partners, also from New York in collaboration with their other global studios to deliver projects locally. 

In his new role, Eric will lead our New York studio, cultivating continued sustainable growth across the American market with a focus on core design values of quality, craft and community.

Our New York studio opened in 2018 to set a new architectural agenda in North America through a knowledge-based Scandinavian design approach. The studio is responsible for several influential projects including the redevelopment of Toronto’s Downsview airfield into a mixed-use community, the University of Cincinnati’s College of Business, Visa’s global Headquarters in San Francisco as well as a new Civic Tower for the City of Raleigh. Most recently, Minneapolis Public Service Building was awarded the 2023 AIA Architecture Award as a striking contemporary alternative to traditional civic design.
