Having been with Henning Larsen for over 15 years, Karoline brings extensive experience to her new role and will help grow our influence in the Norwegian market while expanding our design portfolio. In recent years, she's held key management roles, including responsibility for global studio collaboration.

Karoline started her career in Copenhagen and has been instrumental in our business development in Norway. She's curious, challenges conventions, and is deeply rooted in our culture. A trained architect from the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen, she's had a leading role in projects including Campus Ås and the transformation of Lilletorget.

Her appointment is part of a strategic reorganization between Henning Larsen and Ramboll in Norway. Our creative disciplines including architecture, interior architecture, and landscape architecture will be based in our studios in Oslo and Bergen, in close dialogue with our global design community.
