Why do we need you?
We are looking for a dedicated Regional Director to lead Henning Larsen's Australian operations, drive growth in the Australian market, and ensure excellence in project delivery and team development.
Henning Larsen established a design studio in Sydney CBD in 2024 with a team of 7 and ambitions to grow our Australian presence as an international design practice. Your leadership will be instrumental in building our market position together with the Design Director, and cultivating a thriving, talented team to align with our spearhead ambitions in the APAC region. You will be responsible for the overall financial performance of the Australian business in alignment with the budget.

What are we looking for?
Skills and experience:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Project Director with budget responsibility within architecture, landscape architecture, or urbanism.
- 15+ years of experience, including significant international or Australian practice expertise.
- Deep knowledge of project management, contract management, legal frameworks, and technical requirements.
- Demonstrated ability in resource planning, team leadership, and performance management as well as commercial understanding and budgeting.
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
