We are looking for Graduate Landscape Designer

As our new Graduate Landscape Designer you will be part of an interdisciplinary studio with landscape architecture, urban design and urban hydrology expertise, working on sustainable projects worldwide. We have delivered innovative and sustainable design solutions for a wide range of developments through our multidisciplinary expertise in master planning, urban design, and landscape architecture.

What are we offering?

Joining our Singapore office, you be part of a company working with international projects of all scales and sizes. From water sensitive urban design masterplans, institutional campuses, public parks, biodiversity enhancement and restoration nature parks, headquarters, and sustainable housing, you will be a part of an organization with a creative culture and history of delivering award-winning landscape architecture.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Engage in collaborative design processes, contributing ideas through sketches, diagrams, models, and digital visualizations.
  • Assist in conceptualizing, developing, and refining landscape design solutions that integrate ecology, urbanism, and human experience.
  • Assist in integrating regenerative and climate-responsive strategies into the design process, considering water management, habitat restoration, and low-carbon materials.
  • Contribute to technical drawing production, assisting in site plans, sections, planting plans, and construction detailing.
  • Participate in site visits and assessments, documenting conditions, and assisting in field research for ongoing projects.
  • Support project teams in client and stakeholder engagement, helping to translate community and client needs into impactful design solutions.
  • Assist in overseeing project implementation by liaising with contractors, suppliers and consultants to ensure design intent is executed effectively.
  • Review construction documents, conduct on-site observations, and support resolving design or technical issues during the construction phase.
  • Explore parametric, generative, and digital fabrication techniques to enhance design processes and outcomes.
  • Contribute to a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and critical thinking, pushing boundaries in landscape architecture.

What are we looking for?

For this role, we believe your starting point is:

  • A degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field (e.g., Urban Design, Environmental Design, or Architecture with a landscape focus).
  • Preferably at least 1 year of professional experience in a landscape architecture or design practice.
  • Fresh graduates with a strong design portfolio are welcome to apply.
  • A compelling portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, design sensitivity, and a strong understanding of landscape architecture principles.
  • Ability to communicate design ideas through diagrams, illustrative plans, and high-quality visualizations.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Rhino, Grasshopper, and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Experience with visualization tools such as D5, Lumion, Twinmotion, Enscape, or similar rendering software is a plus.
  • Genuine curiosity about emerging technologies, especially AI tools that enhance design workflows, analysis, or visualisation.
  • Interest in computational design and parametric thinking, with a willingness to explore Grasshopper, scripting, or automation to improve design outcomes.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and experimenting with new digital methods, from AI-assisted ideation to data-driven landscape strategies.
  • A collaborative and curious mindset, eager to contribute within an inclusive, non-hierarchical team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and adapt to project needs.
  • Interest in sustainability, ecology, and innovative landscape solutions that shape resilient environments.
