Why we need you

To strengthen our international project portfolio and continue our journey of innovation and excellence, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our Copenhagen team.

As our new Project Manager, you will play a central role in delivering complex, high-profile international projects. You will oversee full project lifecycles, drive stakeholder collaboration, ensure timely delivery, and maintain alignment across disciplines, geographies, and cultures.

You will be part of Henning Larsen’s global design community and work closely with a dynamic international team on projects that make a real difference.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Lead and manage large-scale, multi-stakeholder international projects from concept to completion
  • Coordinate cross-disciplinary teams across time zones and cultures
  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, deliverables, and timelines
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Identify risks, monitor progress, and proactively resolve issues
  • Ensure compliance with relevant international and local standards

 

What we’re looking for

We imagine you have:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ proven experience managing international projects (required)
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Experience with recognized project management tools and methodologies
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment
  • Cross-cultural competence and a global mindset
