Do you want to help redefine how architects design and collaborate in the future? We’re looking for a Digital Adoption Lead to join our global design community. In this role, you will be at the forefront of introducing and embedding new tools, workflows, and digital mindsets across Henning Larsen’s international studios.

What are we looking for?
As our Digital Adoption Lead, you will play a key role in driving innovation and advancing digital capabilities across our design teams. Your responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with design teams on real projects to identify, test, and implement emerging technologies - such as machine learning, generative AI, and automation - into the design process
- Leading the adoption of AI-powered design tools and data-driven workflows across the organization
- Act as a bridge between design teams and digital R&D, translating project needs into scalable digital solutions
- Collaborating with BIM and digital design teams to ensure interoperability and workflow alignment (e.g., Grasshopper, Dynamo, Rhino.Inside, Revit API)
- Fostering a culture of innovation through community-building, workshops, pilot projects, and experimentation
- Staying ahead of technological trends and building relationships with external tech partners and startups
For this role, we believe your starting point is:
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in computational design and/or BIM-management within the AEC industry
- Proficient in tools such as Grasshopper, Rhino, Revit, Dynamo, Python, or C#
- Has knowledge of the functionality within BIM 360 and ACC.
- Experience with interdisciplinary collaboration and large-scale project workflows
- Has a working knowledge of BIM Execution Planning.
- Excellent communication skills - ideally, you are a frequent content creater with min. 2000 followers on one of the SoMe platforms.
- Enjoys working in a collaborative environment.
- Has a community manager mindset
- Deep interest in emerging tech (AI, automation, data science) and its application to design
