Do you want to turn dreams into reality, working with award-winning sustainable landscape architecture? We are looking for Senior Landscape Architect to join our global design community. As our Senior Landscape Architect you will be part of an interdisciplinary studio with landscape architecture, urban design and urban hydrology expertise, working on sustainable projects worldwide. We have delivered innovative and sustainable design solutions for a wide range of developments through our multidisciplinary expertise in master planning, urban design, and landscape architecture.

Joining our Singapore office, you be part of a company working with international projects of all scales and sizes. Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
Lead a project team of architects / landscape architects / designers within a landscape architectural studio
Deliver quality design for landscape architectural projects within the allocated resource and time
Contribute to the growth and the people in the company
Manage contractors and sub-consultants engaged to co-deliver projects
Produce landscape architectural work from concept to implementation in accordance to clients’ requirements and aspirations for their projects
Prepare design studies and produce design in various formats such as sketches, drawings, 3D digital studies, models etc.
Prepare and produce design presentations in various formats including PowerPoint, posters etc.
Work with suppliers to select, prepare material, equipment, and their specifications to support the project design intent
Manage the construction and implementation of projects
Develop detailed design and produce detailed drawings and specifications for tender and for contractors to follow for construction purposes

What are we looking for?
Degree in Landscape Architecture
Minimum 5 years of landscape architectural/ urban design/ planning practice
Team and project management skills
Outstanding portfolio of work with good design capability and creativity
A flair for design and good knowledge of global projects
Proficiency in AutoCAD, REVIT, 3D visualization programs like Rhino and Adobe, Microsoft Office and other commonly used software applications
2 to 5 years of site implementation experience will be of advantage
Personal qualities that will help you succeed in this role include: Working under limited supervision of other professionals in the area for non-routine work. He / She should lead and solve tasks directly linked to landscape architecture projects. Demonstrates a high level of collaborative work ethic and contribute to team level results.
