  • Villas in the Sky is one of our largest and most sustainable buildings. Standing out with its characteristic, split shape, the building is a striking urban landmark. The split marks the transition between office floors and private residences. At a first glance, the building appears to be a traditional glass skyscraper.

However, a closer look reveals the facade's duality of being transparent and solid at one and the same time. This effect has been achieved by means of angled stone panels, mounted on the exterior glass facade. In addition to the strong visual effect, the panels provide the building with an integrated shield from the sun, reducing energy consumption.
