The four biggest rooms are concentrated in a building volume, which, like a large nave, is placed in the middle of the house. This volume includes the main staircase and the lift connecting the four f loors of the community centre. A side aisle with the other small rooms is placed on either side of the nave of the community centre; seen from above, they form a distinctive cross.
Inside, the building is characterized by daylight from roof lights and facades and by the adjacent sunken, rich garden behind the building, with flowers and scents forming a contrast to the strict, simple park space of the riding ground.
