The project includes a number of significant buildings for cultural and mixed use – a 28,000 m² concert hall and conference centre, a big five-star hotel and wellness centre, an academy of fine arts, a bank domicile, a cinema, a new shopping street and urban plaza, and a number of residential and commercial buildings along the fjord.
