In the daytime, the tower is reflected in the town hall lake, and in the evening it provides a glowing landmark for the area.
The tower is closed by a sheath of cedarwood panels overlapped to give the tower a crisp and clean-cut external expression. The theatre auditorium has been renovated with a new colour scheme and installation of a ventilation system.
