Werner Frosch

As Partner and General Manager of the company office in Munich and Project Director for Siemens' new headquarters in the city, Werner manages the daily contact to the client, collaboration partners and interdisciplinary consultants. He has worked as project manager for a number of large complex projects with public as well as private clients. Werner attaches a high priority to achieving the highest possible architectural quality and value for clients and users - based on a unique interaction between the brief requirements, technical solutions and other factors such as budget and time schedule.

Werner's experience ranges from contract negotiations to the actual construction phase. He has a comprehensive overview and great experience of managing processes in relation to time schedule, budget and architectural quality. In addition, he has a special ability to ensure a constructive and open dialogue on his projects and a close collaboration between the client and users.

Werner was project manager for the complex new radiotherapy building at the Norwegian Radium Hospital in Oslo. In addition, he has been project manager for Viborg Town Hall managing and coordinating the planning and collaboration process as well as for Novo Nordisk's new headquarters in Bagsværd, Denmark. As Project Director for the new Siemens Headquarters in Munich, Germany, Werner is responisble for the development of the project from the new company office in the city.
