Peter Munch

Peter is an experienced project manager with a particular focus on the contact to clients, planning, contracts and the collaboration with other consultants. As a result of his considerable experience with managing projects, Peter has gained a comprehensive knowledge of complex functional and constructional issues. He competently manages the company's projects through the different phases - from concept design to submission. In-house, Peter holds the position as project director for Danish projects.

Experience

Experience

Over the years, Peter has gained extensive experience of managing both small and large-scale projects - with a constant focus on ensuring a high architectural quality in the collaboration with the client, other consultants and contractors. As an in-house project director, Peter is responsible for training and coaching new project managers and continuously ensures the exchange of experience and optimisation of management processes for the Danish projects.

In recent years, Peter has been responsible for the extension of the large residential area Bernts Have in Holbæk, Denmark, which comprises seven individual villages and a daycare centre for approx. 130 children. In addition, Peter has managed several small projects such as the renovation of the Geological Museum of Copenhagen and a crematorium in Ringsted, and he is the overall project manager for the development of 9,600 m2 youth residences on the waterfront in Aalborg, Denmark.
