Another two projects pre-certified for LEED

Henning Larsen Architects’ mixed-use residential and commercial buildings, The Butterfly and Cascading Condos, have achieved 48 and 49 points respectively for their energy-efficient designs. Most likely, they will both end up qualifying for Silver in the final assessment of their performance.

With the most recent LEED pre-certifications, Henning Larsen Architects has reached a total of five LEED pre-certified projects within the masterplan of King Abdullah Financial District covering approx. 1.6 million m2. Recently, the overall masterplan was also pre-certified for LEED.
