Martin Delfer is Director and Partner in the design company Designit which employs a staff of 210 people working from nine different offices. Before coming to Designit in 2003, Martin Delfer held several management positions, including the positions of Marketing Director at the recognised Danish newspaper Berlingske Tidende and of Global Brands Manager in the Shell Group. In addition, Martin Delfer has experience from a number of boards and is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Danish Design Association as well as a member of the Boards of the Danish Design Centre and the National Danish Council for the Unmarried Mother and Her Child, among others.
Vice-Chairman, lawyer Carsten Malby was a partner in the law firm Gorrissen Federspiel until 2008 and currently serves on several company boards. Carsten Malby was a partner in Gorrissen Federspiel for more than 30 years and has vast experience with mergers and acquisitions, company law and board consultancy from his work as a corporate lawyer. At present, he is on the boards of a number of companies in the advertising industry, among others.
State-authorised public accountant David Holm was a partner in the international audit and consultancy firm Arthur Andersen until 2002 and subsequently in Deloitte until 2005. Since then, he has been on a number of boards and served as a financial adviser to equity funds.
