Danish architecture promoted in Singapore

The delegation includes representatives of Henning Larsen Architects, Jan Gehl Architects, 3xn, Cobe Architects and Jeppe Aagaard Andersen Landscape Architects.

The representatives will each give a presentation at URA (Singapore’s counterpart to DAC) under the title ”Scandinavian Tools for Green Growth”. Scandinavia is recognised all over the world for developing high-quality cities and buildings – including elements such as welfare, comfort and the environment. Through strategic urban planning and distinctive building design, a city as Copenhagen has demonstrated the potential of bicycle paths, recreational areas, renewable energy, harbour baths and a well-developed public transport network.

Based on the Scandinavian model of society, the Danish architects will engage in dialogue with Singapore about the opportunities for collaboration and green growth.
