Frants has been employed with Henning Larsen Architects since 2004 and has been a key player in the internationalisation process, including the establishment of subsidiaries in the Middle East. Frants holds a Master of Laws degree from Aarhus University and a Graduate Diploma in Organisation and Management from Copenhagen Business School.
