The new building designed by Henning Larsen Architects is a two-level atrium house comprising a large pool area on the ground floor with overhead lights providing the space with ample daylight. In addition to an exclusive spa area featuring for instance hydro spas, salt rooms and different water facilities, the new Spa & Fitness will comprise gyms, relaxation areas, a rehabilitation pool, a café as well as test facilities for health tests etc. In addition, the building will feature a large, attractive roof terrace with a view of Oresund.
