The Evaluation Centre is behind the development of the rating system, which evaluates building projects based on parameters such as budget, dialogue, environmental considerations and satisfactory architectural result.
On the basis of the collected ratings, building projects are assessed on a scale from A to E where A stands for “Much above average” and E for “Much below average”. Until now, the rating of Henning Larsen Architects includes three projects: Moesgård Museum, Ringsted Upper Secondary School and EUC Ringsted Business College. In all three projects, Henning Larsen Architects has achieved an A.
The publication of the ratings is a result of it now being mandatory to apply the rating system of the Danish building industry in connection with governmental buildings and council housing. The system allows clients to choose the best qualified companies for the individual building projects.
