Quality Assurance

In addition, the system is based on the guidelines on quality control prepared by the Danish Association of Architectural Firms and the Da-nish Association of Consulting Engineers (FRI).

The objective of the quality system is to identify processes and areas of responsibility and to define the activities that the individual consultants are expected to carry out in connection with the quality assurance. This ensures that the client receives the expected product and that faults, deficiencies and building damages are avoided. The company has formulated its quality procedures in a quality handbook, which is continuously evaluated and brought up to date.

Quality Maintenance

Quality Maintenance

We maintain the quality of a project through a continuous dialogue and adapting of expectations. In all design phases, the project manager is in charge of carrying out evaluations, project examination, risk and project control. After the design phase, the building manager is responsible for ensuring a high quality by means of technical inspections and project follow-up meetings.

Changes are made in all processes, however, too many changes are resource demanding and involve a direct risk of faults and lack of progress in the project. Our design managers focus on risk management as an integrated part of a project.

Through a continuous project examination, we ensure that materials are consistent and without faults. The examination takes place at least twice during the course of a project and is documented in an overall standard memo to ensure that all comments are incorporated.

One and five-year inspection

One and five-year inspection

We always carry out one and five-year inspections of our buildings to ensure that the quality level is maintained after use before the various guarantees from the craftsmen expire. Our experience from the one and five-year inspections are evaluated with the project team and are crucial as when it comes to ensuring the very best frame of experience for future projects.
