Design Management
At the beginning of a project, we appoint an experienced design
manager who is in charge of the project throughout the process. The
essential task of the project manager is to ensure the quality,
communication, progress and financial aspects of the project.
In order to ensure a successful process and the continuous flow
of decisions, we apply a number of tools to manage the various
elements such as time, financial aspects and risks. Each phase is
ended by a joint adaptation of expectations and a pre-approval from
the client.
After the design phase, the project is handed over to the
operating companies (the building manager and craftsmen). At the
formal handover, the project is evaluated to ensure that all
parties understand the material in full and that the material is
sufficient. However, the design manager remains a central person in
the follow-up and supervision phase ensuring the progress and
continual quality of the project.
