Today, the company is owned by a joint group of partners consisting of Louis Becker, Mette Kynne Frandsen, Werner Frosch, Sarah Müllertz Gudiksen, Viggo Haremst, Peer Teglgaard Jeppesen, Signe Kongebro, Jacob Kurek, Kasper Kyndesen, Nina La Cour Sell, Ingela Larsson, Lars Steffensen, Jakob Strømann-Andersen, Michael Sørensen, Søren Øllgaard, Claude Bøjer Godefroy (Hong Kong), Osbjørn Jacobsen (The Faroe Islands), Aljohara Al-Saud (Riyadh) andElva Tang (Hong Kong).

Henning Larsen Architects is managed by a management team consisting of CEO, Mette Kynne Frandsen and Design Director, Louis Becker.

In 2008, Henning Larsen Architects established a subsidiary company in Saudi Arabia, Henning Larsen Middle East, with an office situated in central Riyadh.

Henning Larsen Architects also has an office in Munich, Germany, managed by Partner Werner Frosch, an office in Oslo, Norway, and an office in Istanbul, Turkey, managed from the office in Munich.

In the Faroe Islands, Henning Larsen Architects har an office managed by Partner Ósbjørn Jacobsen.

In 2014 Henning Larsen Architects established an office in Hong Kong, which focus on projects in Mainland China and Hong Kong. The office is managed by Managing Director and Architect Elva Tang and Design Director and Architect Claude Godefroy.

Henning Larsen Architects is a private limited company.

Today, the company is owned by a joint group of partners consisting of Louis Becker, Mette Kynne Frandsen, Werner Frosch (Munich), Claude Godefroy (Hong Kong), Viggo Haremst (Munich), Osbjørn Jacobsen (The Faroe Islands), Peer Teglgaard Jeppesen, Signe Kongebro, Jacob Kurek, Ingela Larsson, Lars Steffensen, Anders Sælan, Elva Tang (Hong Kong) and Søren Øllgaard.

All partners are architects.

Louis Becker, who has been a partner since 2002 and was appointed Design Director in 2005, will continue as responsible partner for the company's activities on the global market.

Mette Kynne Frandsen has been a partner since 2002 and was appointed CEO in 2003. She is Chairwoman of the Board of Directors in all subsidiary companies.

Werner Frosch was appointed partner in 2014. He has managed the office in Munich since its foundation in 2011. He has been employed with Henning Larsen Architects since 2000.

Claude Godefroy has been a Partner since 2014 where the office in Hong Kong was established. He is the Design Director of the office and has collaborated with Henning Larsen Architects since 2008 on projects in China.

Sarah Müllertz Gudiksen was appointed Partner in 2016. She has been employed since 2014 and is responsible for interior design, graphic and product design projects.

Viggo Haremst was appointed partner in 2015. He is Design Director of the German subsidiary and part of the management. His responsibilities include the development of international projects in Europe and part of Asia, including Turkey.

Osbjørn Jacobsen has been a Partner since 2014 and managed the office on the Faroe Islands. Before he was an Associate Partner and stationed in Iceland,  managing the construction of Harpa Reykjavik Concert Hall and Conference Centre. He has been emlpoyed with Henning Larsen Architects since 2000.

Peer Teglgaard Jeppesen has been a partner since 2002 and is a member of the Board of Directors as of 20 January 2014.

Signe Kongebro was appointed partner in 2014. She has been associate partner since 2008 and manages the Department of Sustainability. She is responsible for transforming new knowledge and innovation into new business opportunities.

Jacob Kurek, who has been a partner since 2009, is responsible for client relations, business and project development in the Middle East. His responsibility includes the Riyadh subsidiary, Henning Larsen Middle East. He is also part of business development in other international markets.

Kasper Kyndesen was appointed Partner in 2016. He has been employed since 2010 and is responsible for the Norwegian market.

Nina La Cour Sell was appointed Partner in 2016. She has been employed since 2005 and is Lead Design Architect for competition projects.

Ingela Larsson was appointed partner in 2014. She has been associate partner since 2007 and is responsible for rooting the architectural design methodology of Henning Larsen Architects into the company's work across offices and secure a continuous exchange of knowledge and ideas.

Lars Steffensen has been a partner since 2002 and is responsible partner for healthcare, laboratory and hospital projects.

Jakob Strømann-Andersen was appointed Partner in 2016. He has been employed since 2008 and holds an M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Architectural Engineering. He manges the department for for Sustainability Engineering at Henning Larsen Architects.

Michael Sørensen har været partner siden 2016 og ansat siden 2006. Han er designansvarlig for flere store og komplekse uddannelsesbyggerier på det nordamerikanske marked.

Elva Tang has been a Partner since 2014 where the office in Hong Kong was established. She is the Managing Director of the office and has collaborated with Henning Larsen Architects since 2008 on projects in China.

Søren Øllgaard was appointed partner in 2014. He has been an associate partner since 2009 and is responsible for business development and client relations in Scandinavia.
