Henning Larsen Architects is managed by a management team consisting of CEO, Mette Kynne Frandsen, International Design Director, Louis Becker and Design Director of Scandinavian projects, Peer Teglgaard Jeppesen. All directors are architects and partners.

In 2008, Henning Larsen Architects established a subsidiary company in Saudi Arabia, Henning Larsen Middle East, with an office situated in central Riyadh. The office is managed by architect and partner, Jacob Kurek.

Henning Larsen Architects also has an office in Munich, Germany, managed by architect Werner Frosch, and another office in Beirut, Lebanon, managed by architect and associate Anne Marie Galmstrup.

Ownership

Ownership

Henning Larsen Architects is a private limited company. As part of a gradual generational handover, the founder has disposed of 58 % of his shares to partners and other leading employees on a continuing basis since 2001. By 2009, he had disposed of the majority of shares in the company.

Today, the company is owned by a joint group of partners consisting of Henning Larsen, Louis Becker, Mette Kynne Frandsen, Peer Teglgaard Jeppesen, Jacob Kurek and Lars Steffensen.

A group of associate partners hold shares of a minor part of the company. The associates are  Anne Marie Galmstrup, Ósbjørn Jacobsen, Signe Kongebro, Ingela Larsson, Ulrik Raysse, Anders Sælan and Søren Øllgaard.

All partners and associates are architects.
